National Kids to Parks Day

MRPA is encouraging members and residents to participate in National Kids to Parks Day on Saturday, May 16. The mission of Kids to Parks, a movement by the National Park Trust, is to encourage "children across the country to explore their neighborhood parks and discover science, history, nature and adventure right around the corner or just across town." How can you participate? It's easy - take your kids to a park on Saturday, May 16. If you're an organization looking to get involved,  if you have any family events at your parks on Saturday, May 16 - and we'll get them on the calendar to help promote the event. Want more?
